Lovely facility !! Heidi is super thorough, professional, & personable. I loved the experience of figuring out which unit is best for my space & budget. Would recommend !!

I’m leaving a ones star because the only positive I can think of is the facility was clean. Trying to get ahold of someone there was next to impossible even if you leave a voicemail to get a call back wouldn’t happen. I got my storage unit for $135 a month and within 6 months was up to $286 because of “supply and demand”? With no warning until the bill came. Also when needed to unload or pickup from my storage unit was a constant battle for a loading dock spot as well as the carts you use to take your stuff in. Overall I would not suggest or ever use this facility.

I read comments before making my decision to rent here. All the comments raved about Heidi. Well they were all true. So friendly and helpful. Explained the process and steps on how to use my code to get in. Very knowledgeable about the facility layout. Thank you Heidi
