I rented a unit in Covington. I did it online, it was 12:30 and I went at 3:00 pm to check out and they wouldn't leave me the key and the office manager wasn't waiting for me for 3 hours and I never appreciate it. and the hours say 9:30 am to 6 pm

The staff is friendly, but their system is extremely frustrating. On the first day of renting the storage, I couldn’t access the facility with the provided key. To make matters worse, their customer service, located overseas, took forever to answer the call. Not exactly helpful for someone dealing with the stress of moving.
