We were leaving the Kamiah area, and as we reached the top of the incline, our RV's engine began missing and lost power. While we limped toward Grangeville, my wife found and called Extreme. She told them our problem, and when we arrived, they were waiting for us. Chase troubleshot the engine and found a cylinder misfiring. With their experience of similar issues, they ordered the part and told us it would be in the next morning. They called us at 8:05 am and let us know it was there. When we arrived the immediately began the repair, successfully getting us back on the road home. I wish to thank them for their kindness and skills and for the urgency and promptness. The price was great also. 👍
