This is the worst company I have ever deal with si not waste your time or your money here I guarantee you will be unhappy this people starting by the owner James are rude and unprofessional I order a barbecue island and after 3 months of waiting I was told they don’t have what I order, I called them several times while waiting and they will just tell me they will check with manufacturing and call me back they never did not even once, after calling and calling I got a call from the sales man to tell me that they don’t have what I order, I told them that I wanted to cancel my order than and why they tell me this after 3 months. They told me that I had to choose another one or I will loose my $2,500 dollars deposit I spoke to the owner who was more rude than the sales man and just told me to do what ever I wanted but he was not going to return my money or make the barbecue island I order that I had to chose a different one or loose my money never try to even fix the situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM
After visiting a few other stores, we found this place online and saw they had great reviews. We visited their showroom and were impressed with the number of design choices and various selections of grill brands they offered to customize a BBQ island to our budget. We worked with Joey, who was very warm and helpful without being overly pushy. Joey designed our BBQ island with all the components we wanted and the dimensions that would fit our area while staying within our budget.
Turn-around time was extremely quick, and we had a delivery date set within 4 weeks. The delivery team was extremely meticulous and careful not to damage the surrounding structures of the house when they wheeled in the island to our backyard. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. We are very happy with the way the BBQ Island turned out and would recommend Extreme Backyard Designs to all of our friends and family.
