My 07 Kawasaki Ninja 650 was impounded by CHP. It was taken 6 miles from Greenstone Rd and Hwy50 to their yard in Diamond Springs. I was charged for 1½ hours for the tow and 3 days storage for a grand total of $650+. I load it into a truck and drive it home. When I get home and inspect my bike I notice a dented tank, smashed fairing(s), bent mirror and bent grip. All the damage on the right side. Now my bike wasn't a show peice or anything,by all means. But if you damage someone's property, you bite the bullet and confess to what you did and try to make it right. That's how I was raised. Instead they didn't make a report, they didn't offer me a discount, they didn't even mention it. To me this is low character, bad business and plain being shady. And when they talk about being honest and taking pride in what they do,on their webpage, well, now they are liers too.if I could give less then one star I would.

Casey was wonderful! He was on time and very quick getting my car on the tow truck. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable on the way to the mechanic. He helped me in and out of the tow truck (truck was very high) and also carried my bags for me. It was a 106 degrees in my city and Casey made sure the air conditioning was to my liking and vents pointed to me. When we arrived at the mechanic he stopped in front of the office so I wouldn't have to walk any distance in the heat, he also escorted me in with my bags. While in the office Casey went out of his way to help an elderly gentleman that had been stranded for over an hour waiting for another towing company. I would HIGHLY recommend this towing company! As anyone that has been stranded with a dead vehicle will know how stressful it is and having a someone like Casey makes all the difference in the world.

I had a fantastic experience with my driver! The tow was great! He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed in an otherwise stressful night!
