Yard purposely causes delays with insurance claims and won't consider waiving storage fees causes by thwir delays! Tow company and insurance was calling them every day. Spoke with several reps who refused to relay information to manager or refused to provide information over the phone, so the car couldn't be moved promptly. Yard caused a 6 day delay and charges $150/ day in storage.
