I hired Exxel Termite to do a termite inspection for my new home. Overall is a good experience with this company. A dry rot damage under the shower stall was missed in the initial report but was amended after pointed out by the home inspector report. Initial appointment was pushed to a later date by them almost at the last minute. But after that, it's a smooth sail with tech arrived early at the date scheduled. The work was explained clearly with pictures taken in the crawlspace to show before and after (as per my request). The job was finished earlier than estimated and to my satisfaction.
