At my visit, they were running late. After a 20 minute wait, a technician came out and apologized profusely and took me back for my first test. After a second 5 minute wait, a second technician came out, apologized again and took me back for a second test. I was then shown to the exam room for the usual exam. I explained that I had another appointment and the technician went out and the doctor came right in. OUTSTANDING! I can’t say enough about the customer service. I highly recommend Eye Associates.

I really wanted to like this place. The office is clean, the doctors are good but it is so poorly run that I just can’t stay a customer. No matter what time of day our appointment is we always end up waiting at least 30 minutes. With no regard for anyone’s time but their own I can’t support it.
