Erin was so welcoming and helpful. I was in a pinch as I broke my only pair of glasses. She was able to take my lenses and put them in another snazzy frame. I was so impressed with the service and selections that I purchased a pair of Rx glasses and sunglasses and they were both ready within one hour. I’m a customer for life! Our first time in was the best experience one could have asked for and very unexpected! My 4 year old and I were greeted right away by a friendly staff member and got us started on picking glasses right away. He apologized to me because he said that they may not have my daughter's prescription in store and that it may take 1-2 weeks which is a time frame I was actually expecting since we only ever shopped at Costco for our vision needs. They had a plethora of frames to choose from and my daughter loved every second of trying on as many pairs as she pleased. Turned out they did indeed have her prescription in store and her beautiful glasses were ready in 55 minutes! Hands down the greatest eye glasses shopping experience I've ever had, and it wasn't even for me! I highly recommend Eyemart Express.
