Why do we drive as far as we do to see Dr. Adams and his entire staff? From the very moment we walk through the door, it’s like visiting family! They smile a lot, they care, they are patient , understanding, helpful, honest, they take eye care seriously, they explain and teach.
If there is an issue you can bet it will be taken care of with kindness and an outward desire to make whatever it is right. I had a bit of a hard time adjusting to progressive lens, they were dedicated to helping me through that time, and they did, they were with me 100%.
Just try walking through that front door and see if you don’t feel it, it’s instant and it’s real and it doesn’t get any better anywhere!! Thank you Dr. Adams, and the entire staff, you guys are the best of the very best and that’s why we make that drive!!
I've been wearing contacts and glasses for most of my life, and I have a somewhat difficult prescription. The products and service that I receive from Dr. Adams, Nikki, Veronica, and the rest of the staff, are the best I've ever had. He and his staff are the perfect balance of friendly and professional. The turnover is incredibly low, and everyone who has worked there all rise to that same high level of care and customer service. Feeling comfortable with them has led to some of the best prescriptions, glasses, and contacts of my life.
The true measure of any business is not perfection, it's how they handle when things aren't perfect. On the rare occasion that there have been mistakes or delays, they're communicative, they take responsibility (even if it's not their fault), and I always feel heard and like they do right by me. I won't go anywhere else!
This place is awesome! If you don’t like to be dilated then you can choose to use a machine to take a picture of the inside of your eye. It’s a bright light that looks like a cool laser light show and is used to check the health of your eyes. It’s definitely a unique experience and I highly recommend this office for exams and glasses. Beronika, the optician that helped me pick out my glasses, was a huge help. It’s hard to find big enough frames that are comfortable but she was able to fit me in the perfect frame after asking me about my style and preferences. Thanks you Dr. Adams and staff!!
