The staff are super friendly and caring. I was in great hands and they put me at ease. My diagnosis wasn't as severe or series as I had thought. The optometrist was very friendly and gave detailed answers to my concerns/questions.

I had a good time choosing frames for eyeglasses at Eyes for Life. Ashley was very helpful and either I'm getting older and know what I like or she's just that good at providing feedback because I found a great pair of frames in just about 10 minutes, which is a record for me. And then I spotted a pair of sunglasses that turned out to be THE ONE and got them for 30% off for a "buy 2 pair" promotion. Couldn't be happier.

Get ready to be sold things you do not need. I took my daughter here and they told me she needs glasses. With our insurance it was quick and relatively cheap. However she never wears them. The next year my older daughter was getting a check up and they sent her out with a paper to give to the front desk. The next thing I know I am sitting in front of a salesman talking about how much my insurance would cover. The doctor never bothered to come and see me and explain what he found and why she needs glasses. I walked out without buying any. I think, they are trying to sell people glasses whenever possible based on what they can convince the insurance companies to pay for instead of doing what is in the best interest of their patients. I do not trust these people and I don't recommend anybody else trust them either. They do not even deserve one star.
