If you have the right cleaning equipment and the proper ways to use it you can clean without nasty, toxic chemicals and cleaners. EZ Green clean has outstanding products and great customer service. My favorite products are the “butter buster” that completely removes greasy substances from any hard surface and the “window shine”. All of their products are designed to work without the use of chemical cleaners so you don’t have to wear rubber gloves or a mask just to clean your home.

I used the butter buster cleaning cloth to get machine oil off my precision machined granite testing surface in my shop. It’s not a surface you can use abrasive or chemical cleaners on and it’s quite expensive. The butter buster worked great and after washing it with the other shop towels it’s clean and ready to use again. If it works this well in a machine shop it will work great in a kitchen.
