We hired EZ Plans to assist us to redesign the floor plans of our home. We wanted to build an addition to enlarge our master bedroom, bathroom and closets. From beginning to end, the communication with EZ Plans was professional and they were there with us every step of the process. We could not have done it without them! I highly recommend their services!

My wife found EZ Plans online. She saw their work and decided to schedule an appointment. We spoke to one of the principles at EZ Plan and decided to move forward. We were assigned to Pilar, one of their designers. We were blown away with her work. We've always dreamt about having a custom home and we felt she was able to put our ideas into reality. She was VERY responsive to all of our questions and helped with all the vendors that was associated with the planning/ build/ city permits. We were glad to have her on side. Her design included a 2-story single family dwelling and a detached ADU. We would definitely recommend Pilar to all my friends and family.

I love working with the talented staff at EZplans. Mark, Pilar, Michelle, and Claire are the most enjoyable people you want to work with when navigating the complicated, and often very frustrating process of obtaining a building permit for your project. Whether your project is a simple remodel, to a full-blown dream build they can do it all. These guys make the complicated task of design, plan, coordination, and permit submittal and clearance a truly EZ process. As a seasoned building contractor, I dread in dealing with the City of Los Angeles. My quality of life is much more pleasant now that I have the staff at EZplans working on my side. The EZ team is made up of several very talented, and great people who are EASY to work with. They streamlined the process down to a science, and most importantly get you to permit issuance in a quick and efficient manner!
