Such a great experience, the F45 in Nipomo is amazing! The coaches were welcoming and gave me a tour of the huge facility that offers so many amenities. Thank you Coach McCall and Coach Juan! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area for work or vacation.

I was in town visiting for work and was able to workout for a few classes here. I loved the studio! It is HUGE! So much room, you could never feel crowded in a studio like this however it still had high energy and good vibes! The music was amazing and the coaches were instructional and attentive. I’ve worked out at a lot of F45’s and this studio really impressed me! I also love that the showers are separate from the restrooms. I thought that was an important and useful construction design.
