I hired Fernando of FA Automotive to work on my son's 2000 Lexus SC 300. He showed up on time, thoroughly diagnosed all issues, gave me a written quote, and patiently answered all my questions. He also researched better deals on parts (I needed lower control arms, amongst a few other things). He went above and beyond to help. I'm in the military, so he also gave me a 10% military discount on labor.
Fernando did such a great job that I hired him to work on my 2011 Nissan Sentra and 2008 Toyota Tundra. I saved hundreds$$. Not only is it convenient to have such a knowledgeable mechanic come to my home, but he also works around my schedule. Fernando is professional, polite, respectful, and understanding.
Fernando is my permanent mechanic going forward. I have a 2014 Scion TC and a 2017 VW Jetta that I will be having hom work on next. I referred him to my neighbor, and she agrees that he is fantastic!
