This company relies on deceptive business practices to make money! They purposely make it difficult to cancel your VIP membership. I skipped a few months after signing up and was still charged for some of those months. I got my money back but it can be easy to miss. When I finally canceled my membership, I had to tell the customer rep 7 TIMES that I wanted it canceled. He kept offering $10 credits and blah blah but it seemed like he wouldn’t take no for an answer.
The sizes are also weird. I find that they mostly run small, but there’s no consistency between pant and shirt sizes. However, the items that did fit are comfortable and I do like them, that’s the only reason they get 2 stars. Altogether, shady company and it’s best to avoid the headache.
This company took the worst of two worlds: Chinese drop shipping style of quality Gym membership style predatory memberships and fake pricing Google levels of data mining
Terrible website. Their only goal is to get you into an account with every notification on (mobile, email, etc.,) and piece of personal information they can get. You cant even view a product 90% of the time without making an account, which is a process by itself.
I swear this is a data farming company that spent premium money up upfront on high quality material. Then they did a bait and switch to chinese knock of manufacturing and pushing their data farm hard to sucker in everyone they can to the new terrible quality garbage.
