Having just joined as a VIP member my first order arrived with some defective items. I contacted the Fabletics support line and was treated like I was inconveniencing them. I was already defeated and questioning my decision on joining I figured I would return those products at the story directly. Went in and was given superb customer service from Art. She was apologetic (first time hearing that since Support didn't mention it) and very friendly. Took care of my return as an exchange and was able to try on the products to get a better feel for them. All the credit goes to Art on why I am still going to remain on as a VIP member and plan to return to the store again to purchase more products soon.

This post is on my experience today at this location. No one went up to us and asked if we needed help. And there were about 6 employees. When I finally found what I was looking for (yoga pants,shirts,bras) I went to the counter and there were 3 girls behind it I didn’t know who was “open” so I walked up to the one furthest to the left and she said “no she’s going to ring you up” (referring to the girl next to her) then the girl next to her said” no she will “(referring to the girl furthest to the right). It bothered me because it seemed inappropriate I want to get my things and go not wait for someone to decide if they want to ring me up to pay for my items. The last thing that upset me was in store they were offering 60% but online emails advertised at 80% next time I’ll just purchase online I really don’t see the point of having a store with bad customer service.

I love reviewing & it sucks for those people with bad experiences, but I've had all good ones in store & on the store with customer service. The quality of Fabletics is insanely amazing. I love my sports bra,all my leggings, shorts etc. I'm obsessed lol🖤 Thank you Fab, for being here... I'll continue to buy from your company
