I had a great experience with Fabric Empire. I ordered some hard to find fabric. I called them first to make sure it was in stock. They answered the phone and I actually spoke to a person! Shipping was a bit expensive, but the fabric arrived exactly when they said it would. I also called to check the status. They are very efficient and have good customer service. Highly recommend.

I have been getting my fabrics from Fabric Empire for years. They are great! I live in Hawaii and they process and ship my orders priority mail in a day or two. It really matters to me that I receive my items right away whereas some places utilize the slowest method of mail leaving me to wait weeks! I am always pleased with the quality of the fabrics and the very competitive prices, too.

What great customer service. It's easy to rate someone high when there are no problems with an order, what separates the OK from the BEST is how they handle a problem. I received my order and after 3 days I knew the foam was not the right size, I checked my confirmation e-mail to make sure I ordered the right size and verified that my custom cut order had been cut incorrectly. This is were the BEST stepped up, I called let them know my problem, they had me send them a pic of the foam and a tape measure and a few days latter they mailed be a replacement order. I've let is set its 3 days and I now have exactly what I wanted. This is why they have earn 5 stars from me
