Brought a jacket in for very minor alteration...something that should have taken 15 minutes at most. The alterations person was ill but said she could get it done in a few days at most. Well, after 10+ days she finally tells me (and I had to continually call) that she is too sick to do it to just come back and get jacket.
What kind of service is this? BAD. I will NEVER go back there. I do not know how places like this stay in business! Shameful.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Went in this place for the first time this week with 7 pairs of my husband's Levis 501 jeans. He has only EVER worn 501's for the last 25 years... and we ALWAYS have them dry cleaned ONLY. We had an EXTENSIVE DETAILED conversation with the owner that she was to DRY CLEAN ONLY.....NO WATER....DO NOT WASH. She checked the tags on the pants and agreed not to WASH ANYTHING.
We came to pick them up and she had decided to wash half of them IN WATER.... hang them to DRY and then half ass press and starch them. The jeans are totally and completely ruined. The wash is faded... the seams are puckered and bubbled and the pockets are all wrinkled. We told her she had ruined the jeans and that she had COMPLETELY disregarded our instructions. She offered zero apology. Became extremely rude and demanded we pay for the jeans she ruined. Don't take your stuff here if you have ANY specific instructions...... and don't expect any accountability or professionalism. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience..... $200.00 to replace the mess this place made. NOT FABULOUS IN ANY WAY.
