Jesse is wonderful! I called him in full panic mode when the main breaker failed at my rental. His calm demeanor and insightful questions helped troubleshoot the issue and also reassure me. He was upfront about the price of an emergency (after hours) visit, and honest about what was and wasn't possible for him to accomplish in the evening. I appreciate his honesty and integrity - increasingly rare qualities these days.
