Me and my son stayed in room with 2 queen beds checked in after 12am. Both if us very tired and can't sleep from our body hurting and numb from hard broken beds .it's almost 430 am and we still cant sleep . Everything else about the room is ok but what is that and you can't sleep..I called from desk and asked for another room she said they have the same bed.. I want a refund or half of a refund back $200 not worth it

Our stay was great, room were clean and spacious. Free parking and free breakfast. Location was good near Costco gas and many other restaurants.
