SHUTTLE HAS LIMITED HOURS!! Be prepared to pay $35 for an Uber/Lyft! I booked here because of the airport shuttle but it turns out that the shuttle only runs from 5 to 10 am/pm. Unfortunately I did not find out about this until my reservation was no longer refundable which ended up costing me more money than if I had booked somewhere else. I don’t get why this hotel would even advertise a shuttle if it’s so unreliable, probably only to get unsuspecting victims to book. Dont rely on the airport shuttle here for sure.

I was a little hesitant with the reviews but we gave it a chance. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Each staff member was very friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Clean and comfy rooms and wonderful breakfast included with the stay.

My stay was short but amazing because of the staff. Shout out to Mr.Jeral (pardon my spelling) the Indian gentleman / front desk leader. I was so stressed because as soon as I arrived in SF my credit card got blocked and I couldn’t make international call to the bank. I stopped by to the desk and he let me use his personal phone until I sorted it out. Thank you Sir, you are great!|Another front desk agents were friendly and helpful with recommendations as well. Kudos to the team!
