Small room for what you pay for. Breakfast was not great. Sucks to have to pay for parking. Bathroom toilet, floor and mirror could use a better cleaning. Good hot shower. Bed was comfy. Friendly staff. Close to ferry!

Positive: Quite clean, smelled good, bed was comfortable, noise level was low, had a decent view. Parking garage is a must for this area. Negative: Television was a bit small. Hotel is on a narrow, hard to find, one way street which can't be helped at this point, it was just confusing to get to even with google maps. Elevators making some spooky noises going up.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, hands down. The location is great, close to so many restaurants, and only a block away from the ferry terminal. Free hot breakfast every morning, Free coffee all day, lots of diabetic-friendly options too! The folks behind the counter were eager to help answer any questions, and even offered to dispose of my used sharps (again, diabetic-friendly) when I asked where was the closest place to dispose of mine before my flight back home.
