Great hotel. The staff was very kind, the room was perfectly clean (along with the rest of the hotel) and the free breakfast was also high quality. I'd absolutely stay there again.

This is a bit of a tough one. Somewhere between 3 and 4 but mainly because it is a noisy place. Online reservation was easy. Hotel staff was very nice start to finish. The front desk checked us in quickly and upgraded us from a king to a king suite for same cost when we asked for the quietest room available. Housekeeping was attentive. Able to get extra pillows and a blanket quickly. All the staff was friendly. ||Breakfast was ok. Reasonable variety although waffles were inedible the day I tried to eat them and one day they ran out of coffee and another day they ran out of hot water for tea. But you know it is hard to be too picky about continental breakfast in a hotel lobby.||Big issue for us was this is a noisy hotel. It is right on the freeway and as you walk around the building, you realize there is not a room that is not affected by the noise. And the AC settings are such that there is not "fan on" setting for white noise. If you are a heavy sleeper, add a star to the rating.

As always, hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Laundry facility available and was quick to wash/dry but a bit more pricey. Super quiet hotel. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was a little aged with tub/shower but still large and nice. Breakfast was a little underwhelming and not a lot of options. Oatmeal was overcooked, no fruit, out of many items. Ice machine not available on our floor.
