Lovely store with even more lovely staff. I was helped by Emily today who made me feel welcomed, heard, and understood when I expressed the difficulties I have faced with the running shoe world as someone who has high arches, a bit of over pronation, and plantar fasciitis. Emily was very patient, she went above and beyond for me, having me try over 7 pairs of shoes to make sure we got the perfect fit and she was willing to keep on going if necessary! I ended up going with the New Balance Fresh Foam X 1080 pair. Thank you Emily for all you did today!
By the way, this store is dog friendly! Just be mindful of how your dog behaved in busy areas as their store can get quite busy at different hours of the day. If your dog does better in quieter spaces, go to the store closer to when they open or in the middle of the day like 2pm where you don't have to worry about a lunch rush or afternoon rush from people getting off work.
