Absolutely the worst customer service. First in line waiting for them to open, they took 5 people who came after me before me. They also wanted to charge me an extra $50 for hand wash in addition to price of the hand wax, where a Full Service Wash is already included. Won't be going back to this place again.

Tried a discount senior car wash offer, air nozzle blowing out the carpets wasn't the vacuum job I expected. Still had visible small dog hair and carpet debris when I opened the doors. Went home and washed a couple clearly visible areas that didn't get washed. The drying line guy looked at me like he was expecting a tip, guess he doesn't realize still dirty doesn't get him the extra. Too many people expect tips for being at work doing their paid job nowadays, that's a trend that's beyond worn out. Not worth going back. Justin's wasn't open this day or I wouldn't have tried this place.

They did a good job on my car. The young men who helped me were very nice, helpful, and informative. The young lady at the check-out gave off the impression she did not want to help and/or didn't have much enthusiasm for her job. I would definitely go back. As a matter of fact, I had been there before and liked their work; that's why I went back. I would for sure recommend this car wash. The prices are reasonable and the work is done well. There is also a dog wash there. I'm not in need of it, but I can imagine someone's pup getting into mud or something, and this being very convenient rather than taking the dog into a bathroom.
