Defiantly worth the money and time! In my opinion this is much better than counseling. She has a very positive and upbeat attitude towards the topic with very logical, scientific, and constructive advice. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is especially passionate about helping people understand how to get through the ups and downs in life. She also helps you find the tools in yourself to live a better life! I defiantly recommend to anyone, especially if counseling hasn’t worked for you!
