Walked in & nicely asked about how long the wait would be & the lady supposedly walked over to ask came back & walks by me without saying anything. Asked one more time nicely around how long the wait & she whispered something to another lady that was cutting hair & completely ignored me. I usually come here to cut my hair but after this I will no longer be coming here. Rude & unprofessional.

I always come here since they first open as a kid. I love the vibe. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THEY DONT CLEAN THEIR MACHINES. I recently cut my hair and now I have bunch of red dots on my neck.sadly I won’t be coming back here.
