From

I’ve seen Arielle Furtado and Ana Cornea here and had excellent experiences with both. They are knowledgeable and both listened to my concerns and responded with empathy and solutions. The billing of this clinic is frustrating and not very transparent, but that seems to be the theme in America and is not any fault of the providers.

Edited to add: they let me know there is no charge via a secure email minutes after telling me over the phone that I was going to be charged.

Charged me an extra $10, on top of the appointment cost, to fill out FMLA paperwork. They called me to tell me to come in and pay before they would hand me the paperwork, despite clear instruction that the paperwork is required to send directly to my case manager. I even filled out release authorization paperwork with the case manager's information. I'll pay the $10, but what is that? That should have been covered by the appointment fee I've already paid because my appointment was exclusively ABOUT my FMLA request.

Dr. Gaylord and ARNPs Lisa Brodsky and Arielle Furtado are excellent, professional, kind and highly skilled. The staff are very supportive and urgent needs are met quickly. Convenient parking and location. Would recommend to anyone.
