Horrible place, closed often, the dentist there are extremely rude and condescending. I had no idea what I was getting into. I went there for a tooth ache the tooth needed a root canal but they only filling and didn't get the root canal done. The filling was so deep and close to the tooth nerves that I suffered horrible and unbearable pain for at least 10 days, didn't get any warning about the pain to come, I was taking Tylenol and Motrin three times a day for ten days plus and other pain relievers such as oralgel maximum strength. What made things even worse is that he pointed out that I had a cavity on my wisdom tooth I then told him to just pull it out since it's a wisdom tooth, but he said it's better to save it which he did but it was also a very deep filling which would have been better to pull out and could have avoided me so much pain, the pain was worse because both the wisdom tooth and mid molar were on the same side. The pain got better after the second week but I still have pain just not as bad but very annoying and uncomfortable. I had to go to another dentist to get my dental work looked at and to continue with other work. The new dentist told me that the wisdom tooth could have been pulled out instead and avoided me all the pain and suffering, he also said that the mid molar needs a root canal and crown. I think that the the family dental center dentist didn't like the fact that I asked to get work done only on my mid molar and nothing else, he wanted to work on another tooth that had a cavity and needs a root canal and crown, that would have been fine but at another time and day because that day I precisely wanted work on my painful molar. Worst experience ever with a dentist please make sure to not go there. One very important thing I learned which is what we all already know especially as adults is to brush and floss all the time and please go to the dentist for regular checkups, go before you have pain even if your teeth look and feel fine. I have no grudge against anyone but I felt that I had to inform the community of my experience at the family dental center in Bellflower CA on Alondra and Clark. I will give the dentist credit for having a good hand only a little pain at times during the procedure. Also the equipment there wasn't working well they had to move me to another station during my procedure, the equipment is outdated and they have a very old x-ray system. I think their semi-retired dentists, they looked very old and slow. Thank you hope this helps.
