Update: If I could rate this Dr office a ZERO, I would. My husband was previously a Dr Erickson patient. When she left we were asked who he wanted to switch to, we said Nate Valentine. My husband recently called to get an appointment & was told he was no longer a patient. I called to find out what was going on and was told because he hadn’t been there since 2019 he was considered “inactive “. He doesn’t go to Dr unless ill. We never received ANYTHING from family medicine stating he would be dropped as patient if he hadn’t been seen in a while. I requested a call back from office manager and it has been now 2 weeks and no call. I have NO faith in this practice and we are seeking quality medical care elsewhere. Shame on this practice for their unprofessional behavior & lack of commitment to their patients! Disgusted with how my parents care has been handled, especially in the last few months. Called today to advocate for my mom because ARNP Has not been on top of my moms bloodwork since Dr Erickson left. Ball was dropped on doing full bloodwork panel, so more were ordered. She was told they would call with results a week ago. No call received. My mom then calls only to be told they can’t locate her bloodwork. It’s on labcorp because I checked. Receptionist was rude when I was persistent about getting answers. My mom felt she had to make another appointment to get answers as they did not contact her like she was told. This means more cost to my mom for an unnecessary appointment because this office is incompetent. Things started going down hill a year ago so we found better medical care else where. Don’t recommend
