My doctor has been wonderful but unfortunately I've just had a horrible time with the receptionist staff, they've hung up on me over the phone multiple times and refuse to apologize for it and deny it ever happend, and get really mean and aggressive about it. I had to get a doctor's note for work, and I had to call, and call back several times because they just couldn't figure out how to pass on a simple doctors note, I really needed for work. I work at Walmart, and had some bleeding, and stabbing pains. Had to take some time off to make sure baby was okay. They just gave me the worst time made me repeat myself several times never called me back, were extremely rude, and just unprofessional. I wouldn't go back to work at all being pregnant with difficulties, but some people cant afford to do that. Living on a single income can be extremely challenging, and even impossible for some and unfortunately they were really judgemental, and awful about that too.

Well at first I liked the place but I'm looking for a different doctor. It's not the student doctor no he's fabulous, it's the female doctor over seeing him . She straight up lied to my face about a heart condition I don't and never have had . So I'm not impressed with being lied to by a senior doctor.

Incredibly unprofessional. Dr Thompson (the female senior doctor) has an awful bedside manner and will full body react when you say something she apparently doesn’t like while gawking at you. I was really liking this place but as I walked out in tears today I realized I need to find a place that: A: listens, B: actually addresses your concerns rather than making snide comments and changing the topic every time they realize they’re wrong, and C: won’t belittle you every chance they get. Doctor Younes was always pretty nice but after the treatment today and him refusing to order tests when I had genuine reason to get them because “if he ever had to go to court for something and wasn’t able to provide a good reason for ordering them he could lose his license” (which is just an oddly specific thing to bring up) and then he and Thompson being visibly annoyed that I asked for the refusal of the ordering to be documented in my charts, it’s left a bad taste in my mouth. They also never even noted it in my charts either.
