I was trying to sell my house but the sale was being jammed up by a tenant who decided not to move out. I never gave them a formal eviction notice (which has to be done at least 60 days before they’re required to move out) because they promised me they’d be gone in a few days. I thought I could trust them but it turned out I couldn’t. I was afraid this would stop the sale of my house which was supposed to sell within a few weeks.
I hired Abijah to help me with the situation. He listened to what I had to say and asked a lot of questions to make sure he understood what was going on. After that, he contacted my tenant and started negotiating a deal. Within a few days, he put together a deal that everyone was happy with and the tenant moved out immediately.
