There are a few very amazing people who work here however they are so understaffed and hard to get a hold of I would not recommend them if you can help it. They do not give their in home care aids assistance when needed or their consumers by not answering the phone. You have to leave a voicemail 90% of the time and I have waited two weeks to be contacted before. If you have a problem with an HCA you have to stay with them or not have care for weeks because they do not have enough staff. It’s very frustrating for everyone. There have been multiple people that have really tried to their best under these circumstances to help us but my dad still goes days without care when he shouldn’t. It’s been very hard on his health to deal with all this and I can’t imagine him trying to navigate this company on his own.
