Dr. Copeland and his staff are extraordinary. At my time in life, I only want to experience excellent care and diagnosis and a warm beside manner. That was what I received at Family Vision Care of Yakima.

I arrived 10 minutes early to check in and update my insurance, I was asked to verify my address and health status. There were several other people there but everyone was being helped by staff. It was a short wait and then I was called to go in to the appointment. Everything went fairly quick with the technician and the Doctor. This was my second appointment here and I will definitely go back when it is time. Highly recommend this clinic.

I'm so glad my friend told me about Vision Care. The whole procedure was easy, and everyone I met was extremely helpful and friendly. I received my glasses and ordered another pair; it was so easy. Another plus was the Espresso coffee maker available to all customers; I had my share!! Thank you very much.
