I’ve returned to Tacoma Family Vision after leaving a few years ago and can definitely say they are much improved and back to where they were a looong time ago!! The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the frame selection is the best in the area. The prices are very reasonable as well. Keep it up!!

I’m so happy we came back! Our whole family has been treated so well. I was on my last pair of contacts when I realized I hadn’t ordered more. They kindly gave me a sample pack and quickly ordered my new contacts. This last visit, Dr. Gorham was thorough with my 12 yr old son’s exam and then the gal ordering glasses made sure we had access to the best options for his new glasses (she had just ordered a shipment and wanted us to wait to order until we saw the newer options). I highly recommend this place for their stellar customer service and overall commitment to our well being.

I've been going there consistently for 10 years now to get my eyes medically and visually checked for I have a family history of glaucoma and type 2 diabetes. It is a quiet unassuming location but with excellent care thanks to Dr Gorham. I am always amazed that my vision is corrected to better than 20/20 at my age and always await the arrival of my new glasses expertly fitted by the office staff. Plus they always have the best deal figured out with mine, and my wifes vision insurance through work..
I highly recommend family vision Care for all your optical needs..
