Great office. Good doctors. Rude front desk.

I was there as a referral from the VA.

I was told very rudely by the older front desk lady that if my VA referral didnt go through that she would send me a bill.

Now I understand paying for services, but there was no reason for her to snap at me in regards to my VA referal that she didnt understand.

I wont be returning unless ultimately necessary.
