DO NOT order from this company online, I ordered two pairs of flip flops becuase of a buy one get one 1/2 off sale, shipping was $10, but with the sale I figured it was worth it for two pairs. I get the email the order has shipped, then several days go by and I get a second message they can't fulfill my order, and will refund me. They never contacted me to see if I wanted the first pair shipped for the $10 fee or a refund or what but end up shipping me one pair of flip flops, and refunding the other but now I've paid $53 for a $38 pair of flip flops I only ordered to get the sale. I don't want them but the only way to return them is to loose MORE. Money paying the shipping to return it. Don't recommend ordering online from this company

Staff doesn’t care about the what does customer service mean. We literary just went there for shopping exact 8min before they close. There was a short skinny girl she locked the doors for us it means she doesn’t want to serve the customer. What the heck is going there. We rang the door bell and even called the location she was standing at front counter and laughing. She must get fire from the job. I would like to contact the manager and file the complaint against her.

Nice selection of women's shoes and boots. Staff not very helpful as they didn't offer any assistance or make any eye contact at all. So if you're okay digging through boxes and figuring out the sales, styles etc then it's fine. Just don't expect friendliness at the cashier either.
