I walked into the store and there were 3 employees standing by the front door talking. Only one smiled at me, but that was it. I asked one of the employees for assistance in finding a shoe in a different shoe and was curtly informed that if I can't find it, they don't have it (all without making the effort to look). Needless to say, I walked out the door without making a purchase.

I was looking for comfortable walking shoes for work that also would go with my business casual outfits. I asked the employee if they had anything like that. She did not move, told me about one brand, and said that other than that, there was nothing. She proceeded to tell me that I would have to choose between comfort and style; I cannot have both.

One of my worst retail experiences ever! Went to look at work boots. There were two ladies in the store working? I was trying on the boots and she walked right next to, but didn't say Hello, didn't ask if she could help me. I bought the boots. When I went to checkout she still didn't say hello. Don't go in!
