My wife bought a pair of shoes online they sent her a 7 1/2 and an 8 1/2. Will you return the shoes that wasn't too bad we ordered the shoes and they screwed it up again. The third time we tried unable to deliver to address. The same address that we had used the previous two times. Will not shop there again three strikes you're out

Worst customer service. I place in order at the Victorville location inside the mall to be delivered to their store so, I could pickup the item at my convenience. I called the store 4 days in a row because no one could give me status on my item so, i finally tracked down my purchase and to find out it was send back to the shipper. I called the store and the manager Just asked me to call customer service! once again the round around so they don’t have to deal with the issue. horrible customer service.
