Good selection but the BOGO sale was very specific to brands that they did not have ALOT of sizes for. Ended up ordering online for a size but with this store. Overall good store.

I visited the Poway store today where I have been buying all my families shoes for many years to exchange a pair of shoes for my 2 year old for a larger size. It took a very long time to first get customer service and then also a long time by their manager to help me with the shipping of the shoes. During this time my two year old had to use the restroom and she outright refused and sent us to the restaurant next door. Sadly he went in his pants after running to the other store and during the long transaction just an overall horrible experience at Famous Footwear. We will no longer shop there again.

I went in looking for Converse slip-on but ended up going with Vans instead because I could never find a 8.5 black/black in womens and they actually had it. They had a bogo 1/2 off but didn't take an advantage of it. But the cool thing is I change my mind up to April 1st I just need to show my receipt and I can still get a 2nd pair 1/2 off. Talk about great service and the lady was super nice
