My 2 daughter's and I went in for a full set of gel nails I called before we went in to make sure they had enough time because it was kind of late and he told me yes we went in and they did not have gel nails they have gel polish but we still proceeded to have it done and in the end one of my daughters fingernails look horrible my nails are uneven but my other daughter's nails look absolutely amazing and we all had different nail technicians. The guy that did my first daughter's nails was very rough and he didn't listen to anything that she said she had to design that she wanted she had the picture he said that he couldn't do that one but yet my other daughter had almost a pretty much same thing on hers and they were able to do it I haven't went back and asked for a refund yet there was no way of them fixing it. We were the last ones there so we were hurried out of the store I understand that it was late and they wanted to close but I called to make sure that they had time and we were like 2 minutes away so if they didn't have time they should have said something.
UPDATE So my daughter's nails have completely fallen off and it's been maybe a week, plus 2 of mine have came off. I'm so extremely frustrated. $60 a person and they are already off.
