DO NOT SHOP HERE, I made a purchase and was promised two weeks delivery to my house. I received the items that I had to pick up from the store a month and a half almost, later. Items were damaged and missing parts. The offered to replace them and a %20 off the next purchase. I made the purchase and delivery date was more than two months out. They got my replacements in and informed me it was the new model and an upgrade only to find out it was a cheaper model of the lights they sold me. They did refund me after having my money for over two months. “SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME SHOP ELSEWHERE”
Ashley was oustanding during the sales process reviewing oue home"s floor plan & making recommendations for each room. While we were installing Ashley again was outstanding by answering our questions each day until our 13 fans were successfully installed. 5 stars do not properly reflect our experience.
