We ordered a replacement wall remote and receiving unit for a 20 year old Casablanca fan. Upon receiving it and installing it it worked briefly and then stopped. We worked with Jason from Fan Man to diagnose that something probably happened to the wall remote during the install. Jason worked directly with us to ensure nothing else was wrong and then shipped a new wall remote free of charge. We just installed the new wall remote and everything works great! This type of customer service deserves to be mentioned and rewarded.

Excellent customer service, great selection with extensive catalog options. Had a children's play area. Highly recommend for lights, fans, and bulbs.
