I got my car's roof wrapped here on March 7, 2020. Luis was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Initially, I thought JDMFV did a very good job. Unfortunately, severe rust damage built up underneath, which broke through the wrap on November 26, 2022. I brought my car to a repair shop to deal with the rust damage, and they told me that it happened due to improper preparation and/or placement of vinyl wrap. I am very upset that I paid for an improper wrap job that caused rust to build up, and now have to pay a lot more to fix it.
EDIT (12/5/22): Response from owner says that the rust damage was due to my negligence. I was worried about that at first when I brought my car to the repair shop, but they said that the amount of rust that accumulated versus the lifespan shows that it rusted due to poor placement. I understand my wrap was old, but a professional let me know that rust formed due to how it was placed. Who should I believe?
