I live in California, but Fancywork Yarn is the only online store I buy yarn from. The first order I placed, they called to let me know that the yardage I wanted was sold out so they offered to send me the larger size without charging me the difference. The second time I ordered, I thought my original payment method didn't work so I accidentally did a double order. They caught the repeated transaction and called me to double check with me.
Truly the best customer service and their selection of yarn is impeccable. I love their website, it's so easy to use and you also have a choice to donate to a charity when you checkout. I'm a huge fan of theirs and will always be a repeat customer for my yarn needs.
