I have had four visits here.
The first, Dr. Fanous gave me an injection and told me to bring the x-rays I had previously had done on Fort Irwin. No real issues.
The second, he gave me another injection and told me that he can't accept x-rays from Fort Irwin and I had to get them done with Victor Valley Imaging. My appointment wasn't until 2:30 pm. No one showed up to the office until 2:45 pm. There were people waiting outside with me whose appointments were supposed to be at 2 pm. I asked not to receive the injection because it had made things worse, but Dr. Fanous said he needed to try again.
The third was to look over those x-rays and discuss treatment plans. Since my primary insurance doesn't cover the plan he suggested, I asked for the information on his request so I could take it to my primary care manager with my secondary insurance. I was told it would be ready for my fourth appointment.
For my fourth appointment, I arrived for my appointment at 2:30 pm. I wasn't seen until 4 pm. It was another doctor, Dr. Schafer, who was very kind. He offered advice on what to do since the injections were making the pain horrible, and he chose not to give an injection because of the reaction I was having. I then spoke to Jessica, who apparently is the only person who does records for them. The paperwork I requested was never started, meaning I had to request it again. Jessica was very rude when I asked what I could do since I don't go through Barstow, since it takes about 45 minutes to get to their office. Her demeanor and condescending tone were very inappropriate for someone whose job involves speaking with people.
TLDR: Terrible at keeping records. Very untimely. Please don't waste your time here.
