I scheduled a haircut the day before for 11:15am. The lady at the desk asked me if I could come back later, they were busy. I told her I scheduled an appointment online and she said yeah but it doesn't count. So I shrugged told her you know what, it's fine. And will never go back. Got my hair cut at Supercuts in Burbank instead. Cheaper and faster.

I have been a customer at this location for many years and my hair stylist has always been ani arutunian and I like her customer service and the detailed job she is providing to me. Not only the customer service but also her patience to give detail to my style of hair cut is what I appreciate, I highly appreciate this location. She always understands and gives the customer exactly what the customer prefers.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for 6 years and have always been pleased. These ladies do an excellent job. If I want to try something new, I just let them decide how to cut my hair, and they always do a great job. Very friendly too!
