We worked with Tai on two projects this year, renovating our garage and then our kitchen. We greatly enjoyed working with Tai and will definitely reach out to him for any future needs. The final products were great, we get compliments on them from anyone who has seen the before and after. Some of the highlights were,
Honesty We totally trust Tai after working with him. He is very up-front about costs, what he thinks will really add value to the final product and what we could skip, and even directed us where it would make more sense to work directly with other companies to save on overhead.
Ownership On any project, things can go off track. When the supplier sent the wrong sized cabinets, he owned the problem and made it right. He worked with them on getting replacements and making sure that it didn't impact our overall project schedule. This extends to his attention to detail, working with his crew to fix quality issues that we didn't even notice while ensuring that we kept to the milestones. There was even a time something was misaligned to a window frame by a fraction of an inch and he made sure the team re-did it so it would line up properly. He even recently followed up with us on our project to ensure that we were still loving it and sent a team out to help us with some odds and ends that we only figured out after living with the kitchen for awhile.
Clear Communication Tai was great at keeping both myself and my wife in the loop on decisions, updates, opportunities, and risks to the project. He kept us organized and on track with what he needed from us, always making sure that we understood properly. At the same time, Tai was very respectful of our time and meetings with him always felt productive.
