Worst ENT office. Worst staff. They have HORRIBLE service, lack of communication, not professional, and rude.
Took forever to get an appointment. & when we were already walking into the building his staff decided NOW was the time to call & ask us for my sons insurance information. MIND you they didn’t ask when 1. We made the appointment 2. The MONTHS we waitied for the appointment 3. The night prior to the appointment when they called to confirm
Only to tell me that he will not be seen (5 minutes prior to the appointment) even though the doctor was found on st Joseph’s website, we already have a referral for an ENT, all of his information from his primary doctor was on MyChart.
The staff was no help, very rude, condescending, passive aggressive, unprofessional. & I am pretty sure the women we spoke with didn’t give us their real name (Deanna). & when we tried to have them rectify this matter they were no help. They wouldn’t even call the other pediatric ENT to assist us getting an early appointment since we had to wait so long for this appointment.
We are still waiting to hear from the manager. That was the only thing “Deanna” was willing to do.
Update: the doctor ended up calling an hour after this review to try to rectify this matter. Because of his assistance I was able to schedule my son with another ENT doctor. I appreciate his professionalism & being proactive to solve this issue due to his incompetent staff. Since she was new to the field/office. I greatly appreciate it!
